Payment Policy

• We require 30% payment (non-refundable) to confirm the booking, and 100% payment must be credited to the hotel’s bank account up to 90 days before arrival, or the booking may be cancelled.

• Kindly be advised that failure in processing the advanced payment within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

• Payments made via credit or debit cards will incur an additional fee due to card transaction charges.

• Remittances from outside Maldives are subject to bank charges and must be covered by the sender, including the processing charges of the banks.

• From 1st January 2025, all our rates are calculated with a 12 USD green tax per person, per night, and include 16% GST until June 30, 2025, and 17% GST from July 1, 2025. In the event of a review or revision of taxes by the Maldivian Government, the hotel reserves the right to apply this increase to guests, even for reservations already confirmed.

Child Policy

Our payment policy for children is applied to kids aged from 4 to 12 years old.
Infant age, no charges applied to infants from 0 to 3 years, an exception to Green Tax.
